Do my guests need to download an app?

No — a QR code or link is all it takes, everything happens in the browser, no signup required.

Is there a limit on photos or guests?

None. Unlimited photos, videos, and guests — all included in the 19€.

How long are photos stored?

6 months are included. After that, download everything as a ZIP, or keep your album online for 2€/month. Cancel anytime.

What is photobooth mode?

Any phone, tablet, or laptop on a stand becomes a photobooth — every shot lands straight in the album.

When do I pay?

You create your event and set everything up for free. You only pay the 19€ when you activate it.

What if I don't use it?

You get a 100% refund of the 19€, no questions asked — just email hello@sovnance.be.

Where are my photos stored?

In Paris, France (EU). Storage is private, access is via signed links, and nothing is ever public.

Do you use AI on my photos?

Never. No face recognition, no AI analysis, no training on your images.

Can guests add photos after the event?

Yes — the album stays open. Guests can upload before, during, and after the event.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes — you control visibility and permissions per album, and can archive any photo at any time.

What quality are downloads?

Original quality, always. We never recompress your source files.

Can I use it for a non-wedding event?

Yes — birthdays, corporate events, parties, any occasion works.
